The main thing about all of my personal training services besides designing your diet and workout plan is that I’m actually guiding you through its every single step. I do it personally, 7 days a week, leaving no unanswered questions behind, with unlimited messages ( calls if needed ). Our work doesn't stop with the workout sessions, on the contrary, the biggest part is the work on the diet and regiment every single day. You will be asked to send me daily reports with pictures of your weight, meals, snacks, groceries etc and once in two weeks your body measurements and photos (optional). We'll do that in order to track the progress and make sure there are no mistakes, or correct them if we find any.
Regardless of which type of personal training you will choose, it is going to start with a meeting or video call. We will discuss all the details of how we are going to work and I'll be able to get all the information needed for me to design your diet and workout plan. Absolutely every single detail will be taken into consideration: your schedule, food preferences, medical conditions, injuries, allergies, habits etc.
My job is not only to help you with achieving your goal but also to teach you the main concepts of a healthy lifestyle, so when we finish our work together you can still be on track on your own for a long run!
