Two-on-one personal training

  With two-on-one personal training you will get a better deal compared to one-on-one training. You will be sharing workout sessions with your friend, partner or relative, who has similar goals. I will teach you the proper form and right mindset, keeping you motivated and making sure every exercise is performed safely and with the 100% efficiency. One-on-one training will include FREE ongoing online training.

 It will be a good choice for you if:

   The main thing about all of my personal training services besides designing your diet and workout plan is that I’m actually guiding you through its every single step. I do it personally, 7 days a week, leaving no unanswered questions behind, with unlimited messages ( calls if needed ). Our work doesn't stop with the workout sessions, on the contrary, the biggest part is the work on the diet and regiment every single day.

   My job is not only to help you with achieving your goal but also to teach you the main concepts of a healthy lifestyle, so when we finish our work together you can still be on track on your own for a long run!
